Dubai’s has announced a record-breaking profit for the 2025-26 financial year, despite ongoing regional conflict and disruptions to air travel across the Middle East. The aviation giant reported profit before tax of Dh24.4 billion, with revenues climbing to around Dh151 billion, helped by strong global demand for travel and higher passenger yields.
The group, which includes airline and dnata, managed to maintain strong performance even as airspace closures, rising fuel prices and regional tensions impacted operations in the final months of the financial year. Emirates carried more than 53 million passengers during the year and retained its position as one of the world’s most profitable airlines, while also continuing major investments in new aircraft and upgraded cabins.
