Parkin, the company that manages paid parking across Dubai, has issued a fraud alert urging customers to be vigilant against scam messages and links that falsely claim to be from the company. The firm said that official communications are only sent from the number “7275” and warned people not to engage with unverified messages, websites or links that might come from fraudsters trying to mislead users or collect personal information. To stay safe, Parkin advised that users should always rely on the official Parkin app or the parkin.ae website when paying for parking or managing services.

Parkin also highlighted that it operates around 207,000 paid parking spots in Dubai and is continuously updating its digital systems to improve user experience and security. The company noted recent upgrades that allow customers to manage multiple permits within the app and said paid parking services will soon expand to areas including International City. Users are encouraged to be cautious of suspicious messages and to use only trusted Parkin platforms to avoid falling victim to scams.
