Dubai Airports and Salik have signed a 10-year agreement to introduce a Salik E-Wallet payment solution for parking at Dubai International Airport (DXB), marking a shift toward a fully ticketless and digital parking experience for motorists. Under the deal, drivers will be able to pay for parking at the airport’s paid car parks using their existing Salik E-Wallet accounts, eliminating the need for traditional parking tickets and streamlining the exit process. The agreement covers approximately 7,400 parking spaces across Terminals 1, 2, 3 and the Cargo Mega Terminal, with implementation scheduled to take effect from 22 January 2026.

The partnership, witnessed by key industry leaders including Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of Salik, aims to enhance user convenience and improve traffic movement around the busy airport terminals. By integrating the Salik E-Wallet with the airport’s car park systems, visitors and airport users can enjoy a more seamless, contactless parking payment experience that supports broader digital transformation efforts in Dubai’s transport infrastructure.
