UAE-based influencers and content creators, take note. January 31, 2026, is the final deadline to obtain the mandatory Advertiser Permit, and missing it could come at a cost.
From February onwards, anyone posting paid or promotional content without the required permit could face fines of up to AED 10,000. The rule applies to influencers, creators, and advertisers across social media platforms, regardless of follower count.
