Dubai motorists are set to benefit from up to six days of free public parking during the Eid Al Adha holiday period in 2026, thanks to the overlap between the public holiday and the regular free parking Sunday. The free parking initiative is expected to apply across most public parking zones, although multi-storey car parks will continue to charge normal fees.
Authorities across the UAE are also preparing special holiday transport schedules, with revised Metro, bus and toll timings announced for the festive break. Residents are expected to enjoy a longer holiday window this year, with many workers potentially getting six consecutive days off for Eid Al Adha celebrations.
