Speaking to fans during a performance in Istanbul, the rapper claimed that his latest show attracted a crowd of 118,000 people, which he says makes it the largest stadium performance of all time.
“We just broke the record,” Kanye told the crowd as the stadium erupted in cheers.
While the attendance figure has generated excitement among fans, the claim has not yet been independently verified, and comparisons with other record-breaking concerts remain ongoing.
The performance marks another headline-making moment for Kanye, who continues to draw massive audiences around the world despite remaining one of music’s most controversial figures.
