As of Sunday, May 19, three of the four Dubai Metro stations that were shuttered due to the record-breaking storm in April have reopened, according to the Roads and Transport Authority. Numerous Dubai Metro stations experienced significant flooding as a result of the bad weather. Since the storm hit the city, Equiti, Energy, Al Mashreq, and ONPASSIVE on the red line of the Dubai Metro have all been shuttered. Energy is anticipated to resume operations next week, while Equiti, Mashreq, and ONPASSIVE will reopen on Sunday, May 19. According to the RTA, all required testing and maintenance have been finished, making the stations ready for full operation once more.
