Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have purchased a historic lakefront mansion in Bratenahl, Ohio, near Kelce’s hometown of Cleveland. The property, known as Moyenage, reportedly cost $5.35 million and is one of the most expensive homes ever sold in the small Cleveland-area village. The estate dates back to 1895 and has been extensively renovated while retaining its historic character.

The enormous property covers around 21,000 square feet, with eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a swimming pool, home theatre, media room, five-car garage and a separate guest cottage. It sits on roughly 3.5 acres overlooking Lake Erie. The location is also close to Burke Lakefront Airport, which could make it convenient for the couple’s travel between Ohio and their other homes.

The purchase is particularly significant because Kelce has strong ties to the Cleveland area, having grown up nearby, while the couple already own property elsewhere. Although it is unclear how frequently they will use the Ohio mansion, locals are already excited about having the newlyweds as neighbours. The community has also stressed that it intends to respect their privacy, despite the huge amount of attention surrounding the purchase.
