Disney+ has moved up the release of several episodes from Taylor Swift’s docuseries Taylor Swift: The End of an Era, surprising fans by dropping them earlier than originally planned. The six-part series documents Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour, but viewers were expecting the final episodes to roll out later in the holiday period. Instead, Disney+ confirmed the remaining instalments would arrive ahead of schedule, describing the move as an early festive gift for fans.
The docuseries offers behind-the-scenes access to one of the biggest tours in music history, showing rehearsals, tour logistics and emotional moments from Swift and her team as the tour comes to an end. The early release also coincides with the launch of The Final Show, a concert film capturing the tour’s last performance, giving fans more content sooner than anticipated and closing out the Eras era on an accelerated timeline.
