You could be jailed for taking pictures of people without permission!
If you have been given permission to take photographs of women at weddings or events, that doesn't mean you have permission to post them online, and if you do without permission, you could end up serving some jail time.
Researcher, Milan Sharaf, from the office of the Deputy Premier and Interior Minister spoke to Emirates 24/7 saying: "Those who take photographs of women at weddings and private parties and publicise them without their approval will be jailed or fined. This is a violation of women’s privacy…they may agree to be photographed at such events but that does not mean they accept their pictures to be publicised."
Sharaf also added that if the images are on phones and shown to other people, the owner of the device could be prosecuted.
