The UAE is the first country to have a 3D printed building!
The world's first fully functioning 3D printed building has been created just outside Emirates Towers, and it looks pretty cool!
His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced the opening of the building on Twitter saying:
"Nice day with the opening of the "Office of the future" first printed in full 3D printing technology."

The new building is the first in Dubai's new 3D Printing Strategy, which aims to make the UAE and Dubai the centre of 3D printing globally by 2030, which 25% of all buildings in the UAE being 3D printed, or have parts that have been created by a 3D pritner.
3D printers will shorten construction times, and reduce costs all together. Their strategy's 3 main focuses will be construction, medical products and consumer products.
