iPhone's new update is going to help us sleep!

The newest iPhone update has announced a new feature called 'night shift', and it's going to help us sleep at night! 

Scientists have worked out time and time again, that blue lights stops our eyes producing melatonin, which is the hormone that tells our brain it's time to sleep. Guess what colour light is used most in our LED iPhone screens... BLUE LIGHT! 

So now Apple have created an update to help their sleepless iPhone customers, Night Shift. The feature will change the display of your phone so no blue light is used, and it will make it easier on our eyes at night. 

The clock and location on your iPhone will work out when the sun has gone down, and will automatically change the colours on your screen to warmer, calmer colours - The next morning, your phone goes back to normal.
