Donald Trump products have been pulled from Dubai shelves!

Lifestyle stores across the GCC, owned by the Landmark Group have announced that they will stop selling Trump products!

There are 195 Lifestyle stores across the Middle East, all of which will stop selling items from the Trump Home collection, after the billionaire stated that he would ban all Muslims from travelling to the United States.

On Tuesday Donald Trump caused serious controversy after saying ”Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.”

Sachin Mundhwa the CEO of Lifestyle said they are stopping sales of Trump products because they “value and respect the sentiments of all its customers”.

It wasn't just the UAE, who were shocked by the comments of Trump, the Secretary of State, John Kerry said ”I would simply say that nondiscrimination and equal treatment are a pillar of not just American values but of our immigration and our admission policies in this country.”

He then added “As I travel around the world, it is clear to me and how both our friends and our adversaries watch and listen to the discourse in the U.S., and I believe that comments such as those that we just heard are not constructive — and I would say that is putting it diplomatically.”

Currently Donald Trump is in talks to build two golf courses in Dubai with Damac, we'll have to wait and see how those plans pan out!
