The formula, which makes this trio gel so brilliantly, is an incredible friendship and chemistry, which flows out over the airwaves. The show is very light-hearted, fun and welcoming – encouraging listeners to join-in and be part of the whole experience. Rob grew up in the U.K., Daniel is from Canada and Vicky has spent most of her life here in the UAE – making it an interesting pot of views from different areas of the planet and a unique once-in a career team.

Vicky has been working for Channel 4 since before the station launched in 1997. She moved across from Channel 4 Television, where she presented various shows throughout the week. She continued to work with both departments over the next few years, until she moved across to radio full-time. She has also reported for CNN, Sky and IRN, in Britain and covers the news for Channel 4’s sister station Coast.

When not at work, she likes to spend her time on motor bikes or horse riding. Most weekends you’ll find her racing a quad at the Motocross tracks in Jebel Ali and Um Al Quwain or simply biking in the desert near Fossil Rock. She completed the 2,500 km Desert Challenge rally in 2007 on a bike and in 2010 on a quad – finishing the season third in the FIM women’s world ranking.

Vicky has a huge weakness for anything sweet …. Especially Dairy Milk chocolate and Bloomingdale’s banana cream pie!
